    Objective

    To reduce the amount of people advertising LLS in their FF profiles and search info, we want to create the ability to send a pair request via the right click menu. Theoretically this will be done by the following:

    1. User A wants to broadcast their uid and enables the setting to broadcast. A warning that broadcasting id will let other LLS users know they are using LLS through the right click menu.
    2. User B wants to add people, right clicks someone random and sees they are broadcasting their id via [L] Send LLS Pair Request and clicks on it.
    3. User B sends pair request to User A. User A gets notification of request.
    4. User A accepts and they are paired.
