Absolute low prio

It was ofc added in the very first version of Mare, never changed or updated since.
It has some minor problems, mostly consisting of just imgui jank so it's hard to fix.

Was thinking of maybe just completely reworking the download bar.
Abel proposed the idea of maybe making it a native ui element with the library, idk how i feel about that tho. Would just look like a slowly filling up limit break bar at that point
