Rework Discord for UID Ban/Unban #26

Would be nice to just have a /ban command where you choose for what like Wick or sapphire has for example.
So let's say /ban 3 options appear: Chat, Service, Profile
Pick what you want. Then you can choose to ban with either Discord UID or Lightless UID.

If not possible then:

Change /unbanbydiscord and /unbanbyuid into a single command named /serviceunban
Change /markforban into /serviceban
