So we can slap patchnotes ingame, just make it pop up with every update of the plugin.

Also add a section to properly credit people helping out etc.

The one from Brio is fucking fancy

Maybe possible for 1.12.3? Not required.
Gotta make sure the welcome screen doesn't appear during first time setup of the plugin.
