We want to enable the ability to let users who want to show they are using Lightless in order for other users to send them a visible pair request. An example of this is something akin to the current friend request system of FF14.

Requirements:

  • When users enabled LightFinder, they will show a special icon beside their name to other Lightless Users
  • Users have the ability to choose the length of how long they want to use LightFinder
  • When LF is enabled, the user will receive visible requests through a notification/a request on their UI.
  • IF LF is disabled, pair request will work as MVP, both users must communicate they want to pair.
  • If LF is disabled and someone sends a request without communicating intentions, no ui request, no notifications will appear.
  • As soon as they disable LightFinder or their Finder expires based on the length they chose, the icon will disappear.
